Auditions: What You Need to Know

Who: Young performers in grades 3-12. 

What: Back by popular demand, Columbia Children's Theatre's Mainstage will be presenting A Christmas Carol: The Musical. This holiday favorite based on the classic novella includes an ensemble featuring youth and teens that will play various roles such as Cratchit children, Young Scrooge, Fan, party goers, street urchins, Tiny Tim, and more! 

When: Auditions are drop-in style on Saturday, September 26th from 3-5pm. *If you are not able to make it this day, please contact Artistic Director, Sadie Carr (sadie@columbiachildrenstheatre.com), for a virtual audition option. 

Where: Washington St. United Methodist Church

Things You Need to Know: 

Rehearsals will begin Oct. 12th. We will generally rehearse on weeknights beginning at 7:30 and some weekend afternoons. 

Performances will be held:

December 2nd-4th (morning school shows @ 9:15am & 11am) at Harbison Theatre

December 5th (public shows @ 2pm & 6pm) at Harbison Theatre 

*School excuses will be provided for all actors who will have to miss school to perform in the school shows.
